PayForED has a proprietary college database that is updated multiple times throughout the year.  As part of our company’s mission, we strive to provide accurate and timely college cost data. 

PayForED updated the  College Cost Analyzer and In-College Payer systems in August with the new tuition costs for the 2025-26  school year, and it is now available to our users.  We are still currently waiting for a small number of colleges to make their information available, and we continue to update the data as the information is received. 

Importance of College Cost Data Timing and Quality

PayForED is approximately 2-6 months ahead of most other college cost systems.  Having our college data available this early enables families to make informed decisions about their college applications.  Most other college cost data systems are not available until October or December, which is after the early wave of college applications is submitted.

The most current data improves the decision-making process and reduces the stress of the application process for our users.  Parents and students can create a more comprehensive college list.  With our enrollment matrix, customized budget function, four-year financial aid review, and cash flow projections, families can discover the transparency that is missing from the college funding process.  Being able to see your college list and cost projection in one place saves time and money for families.

Throughout the year, we continually update our college data and analytics, ensuring that when  financial award letters arrive, our college comparisons are as accurate as possible.  We also have a virtual financial aid night series held throughout the year as benefit for families.
